A. Russo Electric provides residential and commercial electrical services throughout North Jersey, including but not limited to:
All services are performed by licensed electricians in accordance with applicable New Jersey electrical codes and regulations.
Estimates provided by A. Russo Electric are based on the scope of work described at the time of consultation. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes, unforeseen conditions are discovered, or additional work is requested by the client.
All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing.
Payment terms are established on a per-project basis and will be outlined in your service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:
A. Russo Electric stands behind the quality of our work. We provide a warranty on labor for a period of one (1) year from the date of completed installation. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover:
Manufacturer warranties on products and equipment (including Generac generators) are separate and governed by the manufacturer's terms.
A. Russo Electric is a licensed New Jersey electrical contractor (License #9831). We maintain comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all employees.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, A. Russo Electric will obtain all required electrical permits for work performed. We coordinate with local building inspectors and ensure all work passes inspection. Permit fees are typically included in our estimates unless noted otherwise.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, A. Russo Electric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
