Quotes and estimates
- Estimates are free and given after we look at the job.
- Nothing on this website is a price, a quote, or an offer. Prices come from Andy directly, in writing, after an on site look.
- A quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise on the quote.
- Permits are pulled by us where the work requires one, and we schedule and meet the township inspector.
A. Russo Electric SMS messaging terms
Program name and description. A. Russo Electric Customer Care Messaging. When you opt in, you may receive text messages relating to your electrical service: replies to a quote you requested, appointment scheduling and confirmations, reminders before a scheduled visit, notice that we are on the way, permit and township inspection updates, job status updates, and requests for feedback on completed work.
- Message frequency. Message frequency may vary and depends on your job. Most customers receive a handful of messages around an estimate or a scheduled job.
- Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Contact your wireless provider for details of your plan.
- How to opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will no longer receive messages from us. Opting out of text messages does not cancel your job and does not stop us contacting you by phone or email about work at your property.
- How to rejoin. If you opt out and later want to receive messages again, you can opt back in by signing up again through a form on this site, or by replying START or UNSTOP to our number, and we will resume sending messages.
