  • Job details you give us: the work you need, photos you choose to send, and scheduling preferences.
  • Basic technical data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.

We do not collect payment card details through this website.

How we use it

  • To respond to your quote request and schedule an estimate.
  • To contact you about a job you asked us about, by phone, text, or email.
  • To pull permits and coordinate township inspections where the job requires it.
  • To keep records required for licensed contracting work in New Jersey.

SMS and text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share information with

We share only what a job requires, and never for anyone else’s marketing:

  • Township construction offices, when a permit or inspection is needed for your job.
  • Suppliers and manufacturers, such as Generac, when a part, warranty, or sizing question requires it.
  • Service providers that run our phone, text, email, and scheduling systems, under contract and only to operate those systems.
  • Law enforcement or regulators, if the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade, or share it with data brokers or lead sellers.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not become jobs are kept for up to two years. Records for completed work are kept as long as New Jersey contracting and tax rules require, then deleted.

Your choices

  • Ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing arussoelectric@gmail.com.
  • Opt out of texts any time by replying STOP.
  • Opt out of email by using the unsubscribe link or replying to ask.
  • Ask us to stop calling by telling us on any call.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. This version is dated July 27, 2026.
